These Operator Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Fyre.Games to run games inside your Telegram group. By setting up a bot you agree to them. If you do not agree, choose Reject.

1. The service

Fyre.Games lets you offer provably-fair games (such as Blackjack, Coinflip and Poker) inside your Telegram group. Real-money games are 1v1: two players stake the same into a pot and the winner takes it. Fyre.Games provides the platform and settlement; you operate the games in your group.

2. Eligibility & compliance

You confirm you are at least 18 years old. You are solely responsible for ensuring that operating these games is lawful in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of your players. You will not operate where such games are prohibited, and you will honour region-blocking and player-verification settings.

3. Revenue split

Each real-money game charges a 10% table fee on the pot. That fee is split automatically: you receive 50% and Fyre.Games retains the remainder to run the platform. Affiliates earn 10-15% of the table fee on the players they refer.

4. Playing on your own bot

You may play on your own bot. However, you do not earn the 50% operator share on games you play yourself; that share is retained by Fyre.Games. Only genuine third-party player activity in your group earns your 50% commission. Attempting to farm commission from your own play is a breach of these Terms.

5. Payouts

Your commission accrues and is paid in SOL to the payout wallet you configure, once it exceeds the minimum payout. Payouts are automated and on-chain, and therefore irreversible. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout address; funds sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.

6. No guarantee

Individual game outcomes are random and provably fair. No level of earnings is guaranteed. Player balances represent real funds at risk.

7. Welcome credit

New players may receive promotional play credit ("welcome credit"). This credit is non-withdrawable, is removed when the player makes a real deposit, and is excluded from revenue and statistics. It does not generate commission.

8. Prohibited conduct

You will not engage in or facilitate fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, manipulation of outcomes, or exploitation of bugs. You will not misrepresent the games or mislead players about odds or payouts.

9. Suspension & termination

Fyre.Games may suspend or terminate any bot or operator that breaches these Terms, is used unlawfully, or presents risk, and may withhold associated funds pending review.

10. Fees & changes

Fyre.Games may adjust fees or update these Terms. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyre.Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify Fyre.Games against claims arising from how you operate your games.

12. Responsible gaming & data

You will support responsible-gaming practices and will not target minors or excluded persons. Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
